Love the fact it is solar powered. The only reason it's not 5 stars is there is no indicator that the solar charge is running low. It will start using the backup battery without you knowing and that drains pretty fast. Also, it won't charge off of standard lights. It HAS to be sunlight. This is a bit annoying since it requires a half day charge per month for regular use. the original battery powered version of this timer runs for several years before the battery dies. But I do like being more green.
